A brilliant light, high and lower setting, just leg a bit flimsy, just a touch and it's on its face

Easy to use and useful, 2 brightness settings, used for indoor and outdoor, cable long enough which is great, easy to move around but a bit heavy, nice brightness, well build, no issues, seems quality.

After using this for more than 3 weeks, I can truly say this is exactly as described in the product listing.I really like how well-made this is.I recommend it.

The outdoor light is very useful due to the high brightness and wide area off lighting, the light is suitable for all sorts of tasks like camping, outdoor work, a garden spotlight or even to light up the attic.The housing feels well built though it is on the heavy side thanks to the heatsink on the back of the light, I do like the carry handle making it easier to hang the light in places.I am happy to recommend this light.

This light is very well made and is ideal for many different uses.I’m currently using it to illuminate my loft space until I fit a proper light in it. It lights the place up like Blackpool.Quite a heavy light but it’s not really meant to be carried around and seems to sit sturdily enough.I would highly recommend this product

I received this a couple of days ago and have already made good use of it in my garage loft and have been very impressed. I haven't yet gotten around to installing lights in my garage loft so normally have to use a torch to find things as even during the day it's pretty dark up there. As soon as this arrived I had to try it out and as we've been using the garage to store loads during some house renovations I needed to spend some time sorting out some boxes so I was in the loft for over an hour and this light lit up the whole loft as if it were daylight.The unit itself is very light, quite compact and the 5m cord can be wrapped around a groove on the rim of the light with a little cable "grab" to fasten the plug to the cable.You may ask why if I'm so impressed did I drop a star and this is because of a few gripes:1. Whilst the surface of the light where the LEDs are gets a little warm it's ok to put your hand on even after prolonged usage, however the same can't be said about the back of the unit as it gets very hot to the point you wouldn't want to leave your hand on it. Whilst it has a stand, I would be concerned if something were to come in to contact with it.2. Whilst storing, the cable attachment to keep the plug attached just doesn't want to stay attached and therefore the plug keeps falling away from the unit.3. The 2 settings which are for 50% and 100% brightness don't actually seem to be that differentApart from the few niggles I've loved using this light and it's really helped when working in a dark area. It's a good addition to my tool box and I highly recommend getting one.

In spite of the plethora of rechargeable lithium battery lamps that are now available, it is good also to have a more traditional plug-in mains light that will never need charging at a critical moment, and particularly when it's as bright as this light. Some of the battery lights produce impressive levels of illumination, but few match the 6000 lumens claimed for this mains unit.It is solidly-built, with a cast metal chassis and heat-sink, surrounded by yellow plastic plates that sandwich the long thick cable when it is spooled around the body for storage or carrying. The moulded plug is rubber, of course for durability. The light unit itself is not protected by any rubber bumpers or mouldings, and you can imagine that the first thing to break if put to the test would be those yellow plastic fins.The LED panel is faced with a sheet of glass, and it does get quite warm. The circular rubber-covered three-way switch on the back of the chassis is positive and soft, once you discover that it's a rocker switch and stop trying to push it in. One side gives half-power, which is still bright. A pivoted steel strip U-bracket provides a stand or alternative hanging loop.I like this straightforward lead-light. It can be used outdoors, indoors, or somewhere in between. The price has dropped recently, and at £34, it seems reasonable value.
