No parece ser original, si vienen 2 kits con succionador y 2 mascrillas pero no tiene bolsa de viaje, no tiene marca en ningun lugar, las instrucciones no se parecen para nada a la publicidad, da un poco de desconfianza.

Llego literal en una bolsa ziploc, se ven productos plásticos de mala calidad, no traen los estuches y pude checar en el sitio del proveedor que los lifevac originales tienen grabado en el fondo el logo, recomendaría que checaran primero en el sitio del fabricante.

Me falta uno En la descripción dice que son dos y solamente llego uno

I purchased the 2-pack set, which shows both sets of devices/parts included in a LV carrying case. Only 1 set arrived with the case. The 2nd set of parts/pieces were rolled up in a clear plastic bag. I purposely selected the 2-pack with the carry case in order to keep the kit organized and to be quickly identified should it be necessary to use the emergency anti-choke device. Had the carry case not been included in the set, I would’ve looked for other options. I realize this is a minor thing, but something I valued and considered when making my purchase. When trying to track down customer support info to report the missing item, the only website/phone number/email provided go directly to LifeVac’s corporate info. I sent an email and was told they did not handle Amazon purchases. I contacted the 800-number shown as an additional method of contact, same answer. I was told they don’t have access to the Amazon orders and that I needed to go through the Return/Replace option, which only allows for a Return option, generating a code to provide at UPS for return of the order. There is not a way to “Replace” without having to return the entire order, which I do not want to do considering I am only asking for the 2nd carrying case to be sent. The Seller information doesn’t mention any names/numbers aside from LifeVac’s. While the LV representatives I have spoken to have been very friendly, they have not been helpful so far. I would suggest that whomever is the “Authorized Seller” of LV products on Amazon, that they provide a better way to instruct customers how to receive support for product/order issues and questions, without making “Return” the only option.** Aside from that, the product arrived on-time and all parts look new, clean, as you would expect. I ordered the 2-pack set in order to have the devices stashed in different areas (car, houses, purse/backpack, boat, etc). While hopefully we never experience a need for it, this is a product/purchase that is invaluable and worth $$ and peace of mind to know it’s there when/if you need it in an emergency situation. ** I will update my rating & review once the carrying case issue is resolved. I will also provide the instructions for resolution, should any other customers have the same issue.

With having a six month old in the house these were a no brainer. Glad that my HSA paid for them as well. Got one for the house and one for the family hauler.
