I detest scissors with one large hole and one small hole for fingers. Those require you to hold them in a specific manner. Not only do these scissors look great as all black, but the holes are balanced and it does not matter how you pick them up, they'll feel comfortable in your hand. No need to stop, remove your fingers and flip them around. Great value for money. Solid, sturdy, scissors that are sharp.

Love! I wanted matte black office accessories for my desk and these scissors are truly matte black and work extremely well.

It’s nice and ok for its price. Though it looks like it was used already. The all black scissor is aesthetically pleasing to me. Comfort is ok for short term uses. Not good for using long term crafts. The handle is small and not soft to handle for crafting anything for long time. As for cutting, when you’re only cutting 1 it cuts smoothly. It can only cut up to about 16 papers at one time. That’s when it’s really hard to cut all of them. You can cut up cardboards but it most likely break your scissors in a long run. This is great for cutting tape or any sticky things. The sticky residue won’t stick the scissor. Though, for long term usage of the scissor it looks like the black color will fade in time.

I can't believe that it took me 70 years to get a good pair of scissors. The package says "... a smooth and comfortable cutting experience..." , and these scissors deliver. There is almost no friction when closing the scissors. Normal scissors depend on a tight fit to cut, but these depend on a precise fit to cut. The thumb and finger rings are well shaped for a comfortable fit. For some reason, Japanese are well known for scissors, they even have scissors stores in Japan, they have scissors designed for specific tasks. These scissors are described as desk scissors. I have not tested the scissors on adhesive, the adhesive is not supposed to stick to the florine coated scissors.

Maybe you've no need to make a "fashion statement" with your scissors, but I find myself delighted to have selected these lovely matt-black colored scissors. In general, they're a standard pair of scissors with sharpish points. They cut all the usual things, and are small to medium in length rather than long. But they look very "high tech" and that's a nice little bonus.

まず過度な装飾や機能性の強調の無いシンプルで端正なデザインが気に入りました。 切れ味も紙・ビニール・シール・ダンボールなど気持ち良く切れます。 長持ちしてくれたら良いですが、もし壊れても再度購入したくなるデザインと切れ味です。 あえて言うなら指を通す穴がちょっと小さいので成人男性ですと、使い終わりなどに外す際にちょっと手間取るかも。

Got fooled by the "sleek looks". Thought these scissors looked nice but these have to be the worst scissors I've ever purchased. These scissors are quite uncomfortable to use. The finger rings are much smaller than normal and I don't have big fingers. Therefore it'd be great if the finger rings are normal sized. Also these scissors are advertised to be good with cutting sticky tapes. Disappointingly, these are NOT "non-stick" while cutting sticky tapes. On the contrary, these scissors are dull and the tapes stick to the scissors as the residuals from the sticky tapes can be clearly seen on the scissors unfortunately.

It seems to me that the average pair of scissors that are available now are cheap and give your fingers a workout when using them. I wanted a pair of scissors that was lighter, easier to use and cut just as crisply and that's what I got with these made-in-Japan Allex scissors. I like the sleek black look of the scissors, and they are a delight to use because they cut crisply with low effort. I have not cut any tape with them yet so I don't have any feedback about the non-stick fluorine claim. The only quibble I have with these scissors is that I did not realize the handle was nylon -- it has a very small mold parting-line that could cause irritation if you use them a lot.

Not very sharp, i have used cheaper scissors that are much sharper, and perform better. They are also supposed to be non-stick, but that doesn’t seem to be true at all, i have tried to cut sticky tapes of various kinds, and they stick quite firmly to the scissors, and the sticky tape will leave a residue, so these fail in almost every way. 20年ぶりに再購入です。毎年研ぎなおしながら使っていましたが、感触が渋くなってきたので新品がほしくなりました（まだ売っているとはおもっていませんでしたが）。いままで使ってきたもののほうは玄関周りの常備用にして、そちらもまだまだ使おうと思います。 一見すると事務用ハサミのようなリンググリップながらも、三本指のかかる角度がとてもよくて、指が痛くなることはありません。リング内側のパーティングラインは別のハサミの峰で軽くこすってやると指に当たらなくできます。腰逃がしがなく刃の反りやスキが浅いので、個人的には支点のネジをかるく緩めてひねるようにすり合わせる切り方で使うのに向いているとおもいます。 フッ素加工については、これだけで粘着物を完全に付かなくするというほどのものではありませんが、あるとないとではやはり違いがあります。粘着テープののりを完全に遮断するなら、オイルかレインガードをティッシュペーパーで刷り込んでおくといいかと。20年もののコーティングは、切っ先のすり合わせ3mmと支点の手前側のすり合わせ面、ほかの物とぶつかった角のラインなどをのぞけば問題なく、ぶつかりキズのない刃の内側の面はキレイな状態のままです。 刃付けされたエッジは75mmほどありますが、開き角度45度以内で使えるのは65mm程度です。支点近くの部分が使えないので、厚いものを切るにはかなり力がいります。刃自体の切れ味はよいのですが、エッジの角度が両面とも大きいので鋭さや食い込みの良さはなく、amazonの梱包ダンボール程度でも切るには楽ではありません。 あくまでも使いみちはデスクまわり用などです。シンプルなやや細身のデザインで、ペン立てからさっと抜いて使える、私にとっては手になじんだとても良いハサミです。
