To fit you remove the tension bars from the watch, lay the strap over and then put the bars back in place, this band is a single loop of material. Similar to a nato strap if one of the tension bars we’re to break, the watch would flop around but it would be still on your wrist, all without the bulk of a NATO, perfect!
