I have soft leather shoes and the laces were tearing / stretching the lace holes, so I have added eyelets as reinforcements. It was very easy (although I fitted the first one upside down.

This is a great little kit. The only problem, which is why I gave it 5 stars is that the cutter doesn’t cut thick material. It fine on thin if you give it a good bash with the cloth over a piece of wood then it works fine. I just used a fine pair of scissors to stab the meterial to make the hole worked fine. The rest of it it great worked perfect. Again you need a hard surface the secure the eyelet. I used a piece of wood and two little bashes with the hammer.

Bit flimsy for what I had in mind but probably ok for non important uses. Returned it and went for a more heavy duty (more expensive) and easier to use version.

2nd box I've ordered, easy to do, sturdy and well made. They have been used for riveting paperwork.It would be lovely if they sold the eyelets as a standalone product, and if we could only order a specific colour, without having to order the whole box.However, good value for money, prompt delivery and would highly recommend.

Used these to make handmade book marks and are ideal for adding tassels etc to key fobs and book marks. Finishes off any craft item as above to make them look well made and professional

This kit is doing the job so far but the "instructions" provided are not very useful. The tool thats supposed to cut a hole in the fabric is useless for me so far, maybe it's better for thicker fabric but with thinner fabric you can just cut out the circle you need. You'll also need a hammer for this. Installed a grommet into some relatively light cotton and it's looking good so far so for the price I'm not disappointed :) recommend finding YouTube tutorials on how to install eyelets

Cutter leaves bits of fabric, no clear cut, the pieces don't connect together, tried with multiple materials but the pieces just won't connect, I'll use the bits for sometkg but quite disappointing, seems to be very hit and miss for getting a good one of these it other reviews variety

Goed product. Het onderdeel waar je gaatjes mee maakt is niet heel scherp, maar voor deze prijs zeker een prima product. Ik maakte gewoon eerst een gaatje met een schaar en dan ging het een stuk makkelijker
