Very sturdy and does the job very easily. Takes a little while to clean out the small holes in the press after using.

I was looking for a fully stainless steel garlic press. This one is perfect. Works well, easy to clean. No plastic anywhere so I am comfortable putting it in the dishwasher.

Most presses are cast zink our old one worked put the paint was flaking off. Cast stainless is very expensive so formed sheet metal is how this one is made. Sometimes items made from sheet are too flimsy but not this one, it is plenty strong. It unfolds in a way that makes it much easier to clean than the old one.

It works, it isn't flimsy and it presses the garlic. Does what it is supposed to do. Would recommend this.

It presses garlic very well and it’s easy to clean. But it will pinch your hand if you’re not careful.

I was looking for a press made in USA. All information on site implied that it was made in USA; small local companies from USA. Small black print on black background said "Made in China" I would not have bought it if I had known that.The garlic press is well made, easy to use, easy to clean. I avoid buying "Made in China" products on principle. The product's biggest flaw is the lack of clarity as to where it was made. This is the reason why I could only give 3 stars.

I bought the item after having used two other garlic presses which did not seem to squeeze all the garlic and had very weird ergonomic designs, one had a attached plastic garlic press cleaner which actually was so poorly designed that the plastic attachment kept falling in to the pan, and leaving the plastic cover off made the garlic press look unattractive since it exposed not meant to be visible part of the design,) I bought another one, it too worked about the same as my first one, minus the annoying and useless plastic part. So this one is the third one I bought and right of the start this one did not have any part that could just come off or. fall in to the pan, moreover the design of this item is such that it exposes every part of the press when it is time to clean it, and most importantly it almost squeezed 100% of the garlic I put in it. So needless to say, compared to the other two I used, this one is definitely a winner, as the item did everything that is advertised. I am happy I bough it, and I bought is based on the reviews of prior users.
