It depends on how wings are attached. This beautiful feather cape sits right on the shoulders & ties in front. I wouldn't want any angel shoulder straps crushing the cape feathers.

Are the feathers itchy? Did it make you feel overheated at all? Am considering for an outdoor festival.

The feathers are not itchy. It’s basically a choker with a stiff cape. The ribbon around your neck might get a little uncomfortable outside but overall, it’s pretty light and comfortable. Might lose some feathers though if it’s windy.
