I purchased these 2 frying pans a few weeks back, and both have been good so far. This review is for the larger one (12") with the lighter colored handle. I first purchased the smaller one (9.5" darker handle), and when I went to purchase it's big sister, the price was significantly higher than I wanted to pay. So, in searching around, I found the Caannasweis Nonstick Granite Frying Pan at a much cheaper price. It seems to be made of the same or similar materials (nonstick, gray speckled pan with wood-look "plastic" handle with hanging hole). Both are good pans, both came with a Phillips screwdriver to attach the handle, and neither have the bolt head to catch food in the pan itself. My old ones had the bolt heads in the pan, and you wouldn't think it's a big deal until you see how much easier these are to clean. Time will tell on the longevity of the non-stick and construction, but so far I'm liking it!

I bought the 12" frying pan and have used it several times and can honestly say it is the best pan I have ever used. The look, first of all, is really cool - love the wooden handle and the completely speckled pan. But beyond the looks, the even cooking and the non-stick interior (and exterior) make this pan a delight to use. Clean up is easy and nothing sticks. Key is to use medium to low heat - because this pan seems to conduct heat so well, you really don't need it any higher anyway. Also liked the little bag it came in which I use to store the pan. I will definitely be buying more of these!

Best pan ever

I looked high and low to find a good quality medium-large sized non stick pan without the harmful chemicals that would also work on our induction stovetop. Almost gave up hope until I came across this pan and decided to give it a try. I have been VERY pleased with the quality and comfort (love the smooth wooden handle-cool to touch). The non stick ability has been perfect for fried eggs, pancakes, veggies, meats anything and everything. Very easy to clean with hot water or a paper towel. I try to keep it seasoned with butter or oil to maintain this and avoid soap unless really needed. It has held up beautifully for the last few months since arrival. Have used it everyday, love it!

Pan cooks evenly, even though it is light. Cleans well, hopefully that will last, don't know yet. Handle is a bit bulky and heavy, needlessly for such a beautiful pan. Accordingly, with the light pan and the heavy handle, it is not very stable when little or nothing is in it, like those lightweight supermarket cheap non-stick aluminum pans that tip easily. I can't imagine why they made the handle so big, bulky and heavy. I think the target market for this attractive, stylish pan is women, not men, so I think the handle would be too large for a woman's hand. It is pretty though. If I were the product developer, I would make the pan heavier and the handle slimmer and lighter.
