There's nothing like the original Resmed product. I wish there were, as there are more economical products on the market, but this one is the most comfortable to use.The only handicap is that Resmed products seem to self-destruct in a few months, as if they were programmed to, and you need to buy a new one. $80 for a piece of plastic is very expensive...

I returned it. ResMed Nasal pillows work much better for me and cost less. The F30i Mask/Cushion is expensive and not comfortable. In addition, it leaks, hurts my nose, and fogs up. Because of its design, it delivers very little air pressure to the nostrils and most of the air pressure to the mouth. This design promotes mouth breathing which causes one to have a very uncomfortable dry mouth during sleep which can lead to sore throats as well as tooth decay and gun disease. Skip this on (like me) if you are not a dedicated mouth breather. Mouth breathers may need and like it, but I am not sure of that as I do not have first-hand knowledge.
