It Actually Works!
I was actually pretty skeptical like many. Considered buying the $400 apparatus but decided to give the cheap one a go first. It’s kind of awkward to get it on your head and get it hooked up, but once you figure it out it’s pretty easy.I was having issues with C6 and 7. Tons of numbness down my left arm. No sleep due to the numbness also. I used this a few days a week for about 15 minutes and within a month I had zero issues with my arm anymore. It does what it says and I’m very satisfied with the purchase.

So neck stretcher, no.
So listed as a neck stretcher is not accurate and this is not its intended use, so if you are looking to make your neck longer, it will not happen. This is a traction device to help with neck and back pain from compressed or bulged disks. My c4, c5, c6 and c7 have compressed and bulged disks and I was told this was a goo's device for some pain relief and it does work well, I enjoy my time in traction and feel better after I use it. Easy to use, cheap and worth the money.

Much nicer than I expected.
For the price I really wasn’t expecting much, but I honestly think this is a pretty solid product for the money. It’s definitely worth more than what it cost. If you have cervical disc herniation such as I do, this can help to give a little relief when nothing else seems to work.

Worked For A Week
Nice product overall, does what it should. Worked well for about a week until the main pulley failed and started binding the rope, making it very hard to pull and causing the rope to slip. Disassembled the pulley and discovered that a screw had loosened allowing the pulley wheel to separate and the rope to slip between the two halves. Tightened the screw and back in business.Note to manufacturer: A little Loctite on that screw would be good... 4 stars because I had to fix it.Update: The repair failed, the rachet pulleys they use are just too cheap for the function. Ordered new heaver duty rachet pulleys to use with the traction device... dropping to two stars.
