Absolutely perfect for finding the break in a landroid boundary wire, BUT is doesn’t pick up that far underground. Still better than a radio.Cheap and cheerful but works great for this one purpose.

The amplifier is a bit weak when trying to pick up the oscillator tone. Cheaply made equipment but sort of did what I requited. Not a serious piece of telecoms kit.

This has been designed like most Chinese copies of functioning items to have lights and noises and that's all it does!! After 40 years of electrical and engineering experience I can categorically say that this is a complete waste of money and is completely non-functioning for the purpose for which its sold. If you want something to make some noise for your child to play with this is the toy for them!It doesn't even detect the wire its connected to let alone the bleed/cross talk to the other wires in the loom; it just makes the same noise whatever.Stick with the old fashioned method of pushing a sharp pin into the insulation on each wire in the loom until you hear your continuity buzzer on your multimeter. It was delivered 30 minutes ago and is already processed to go back for a refund!

Very limited quality product, is coming without battery.Battery insertion very difficult, you need to unscrew the plastic cover, even you will use properly screwdriver, screw is not useble any more. Can't recommend it.
