The trifecta here. I've written about the Zwilling sealer and the bags on other reviews. On a lark, I bought these bottle sealers, too. They work! I have had the manual wine bottle sealers with the little pump. The manual pumps work pretty well, but I had a hard time finding the "corks" and always felt a little silly using them in front of company. This is simple. Connect the sealer, push the button and wait until all of the air is sucked out of the bottle. Voila! There are other sealers that inject gas into the wine bottle through a long needle stuck through the cork. If you are storing the wine for a long time, that's probably a better but way more expensive way to go. If you want to keep half a bottle fresh in the fridge to enjoy a couple days later, this is hands down the answer. And it's great for keeping wine a bit longer if you want to have some on hand to deglaze a pan or perk up a sauce.

ZWILLING Fresh & Save 3-pc Vacuum Wine Sealer Well if you already use the sealer for bags, might as well invest in the wine sealer too. Didn't know these exist. Great to have. Now keeps my wine much more fresh for a few more days.... Now I have no issue "opening a new bottle " for one more glass.
