A: I would like to inform you that both the cold-pressed and virgin coconut oil are almost the same from the nutritional point. The main difference lies in their production procedures. Cold-pressed coconut oil is obtained from dried and flaked coconut flesh, while virgin oil is obtained from coconut milk.

Versatile Use: I use it for everything from cooking to skincare. It works wonders for hair and skin, leaving them soft and nourished. Excellent for Baby Massage: It's gentle on my baby's delicate skin and helps with moisturizing and overall well-being.
