Item says 20cm but is actually 20.5cm
Very irritated to have bought this assuming it was as described and 20cm wide, only to have it arrive and is labelled as half a centimetre wider! It may not seem like much, but that half a centimetre can cause you to be turning your luggage out at an airport. False advertising, absolutely disgusted and now left with less than 24 hours in which to locate a new case.If your measurements aren’t so limiting, then this is a perfectly acceptable case - lightweight, easy to move and very colourful/easy to spot.

Wheels shredded, melted and fell off!
With a long journey from the UK to Southern France in mind I purchased this suitcase. I would need to use a local train, London Underground, Eurostar, Paris Metro and TGV. Each interchange has a lot of stairs and fair distances to walk, and with a back injury I needed to ensure I could do this with minimal effort.I was pleased when the case arrived. It looked good, was lightweight and all I needed to take fitted in easily. The outbound journey went well. The return journey started off well, the suitcase handled well up the hills, and made it relatively easy to travel the mile (1.6km) to the bus stop until it suddenly became very difficult in the middle of a road crossing. I dragged it across the road and inspected what happened. The rubber of the wheel shredded, and got entangled with the wheel. The additional friction causes the plastic to deform and the axle detached from the wheel fork.I now had to carefully move the suitcase on three wheels. This was a nuisance, and made it really hard to move between trains. When i got to Paris, I noticed it got even harder to balance the suitcase. Upon inspection I noticed that another wheel assembly fell off and had been lost! I was now down to two wheels. From this point things went really bad. I ended up carrying the case mostly. My back is aching really badly and I had a fight with Amazon to get a refund.I wouldn't advise to take the risk if you're not strong or have injuries. It may work well if only used on ultra shiny flat airport floors.

Poor Quality
The suitcase looked good when it arrived but within first couple of times used, the press button to release the handle jammed and the handle couldnt be raised to pull the case along. After a lot of messing about, I managed to release the button but after using it a couple more times, it jammed again. I rang Amazon but as it was now 30 days after delivery they weren't interested in the fact that the case was faulty and wouldn't even give me contact details for the supplier - told me to google it. Amazon were as useful as a snowball in a furnace. I contacted the supplier, Flymax, via their website but they've never replied. The suitcase still looks good but is useless

Flimsy and not robust
I recently purchased 2 x large and 1 x medium case. Just used one of the large cases for a weekend trip. On return journey I found a three inch split on one corner and several small scuffs. The scuffs had taken off the blue covering and showed the white base. Looking closely at the damage I can see they are not strong enough to withstand the man handling you get at airports. Very disappointed. And regret buying them..Update june2022The second case after only three uses on holiday now has a 6 inch split, again caused by baggage handlers. They are just not robust enough.

easy
arrived promptly, looked great, lightweight, good zip, excellent lock feature. Held a whole lot of stuff on the trip and worked really well. Easy to spot in airport. I did buy an extra band to put around it as i filled it up so much nbut that really wasnt necessary as it held just fine. added an address tag as none on the case.
