it works ok but not super stable. stable enough to do the exercise but you have to keep your balance. I am not using it as designed. I attach it to something on the wall but my feet don't directly touch the wall so there's nothing the sole of my feet is touching. But it allows me to work on my hamstrings.Quality is great. the adjustment clamp is much better an easier to use than my expectations, and it works great at holding the loop adjustment in place.The knee pad is GREAT...easy, big enough, comfortable, and cannot do anything without the pad, and the pad by itself is worth buying this device.

Set up is easy and it works great. Very stable and comfortable on your feet/heel.

Most gyms (even well-equipped gyms) do not even have a Nordic curl machine. It is a piece of equipment that will mainly just take up space and be seldom used. Also, asking a friend to hold your feet is an unreasonable ask, and it's just not possible to have a friend there every time you want to do Nordic curls.In comes this device to save the day at a low price. It takes a few sessions to get the adjustments and angles correct. But once you do, it works great. This device helps me hits muscles that I cannot easily hit otherwise. I expect this device to last as long as the foam padding lasts. Time will tell how long that is.

I’m 6’2 guy, 195 lbs, and the gym is my life. I’m very conscious about my physique; particularly my small calves. I got this device after a gym buddy shared that he got some good results. I must say, after 6 months of using this device, I’ve gotten compliments by my trainer and I can see more definition. I love that the device easily fits in my bag and is pretty light weight. The versatility is what sold me on the product. Not only do I use it for my hamstrings and calves, I also use it for sit-ups, squats, and core exercises. The foam is sturdy band doesn’t slide. It’s comfortable and includes a heavy duty strap that ensures safe use. I highly recommend.

Ever since I tore my hamstring several years ago while running, I have tried to do Nordic curls to increase muscle strength. It is really hard to find a place to do Nordic curls! My only option is really to have someone hold my feet which isn’t as easy as it sounds and I don’t have people readily available to hold my feet. I did an Amazon search and this was the first thing that came up. I was so excited! After it came in the mail I was using it within about 30 seconds. Super simple to use. I did get with the mat because I didn’t know if my workout mat would be thick enough. The mat is great as well. Very squishy. I’m so excited I can do Nordic curls whenever I want now!

I can safely say that I am pleased with what this product is. High quality, easily set-up and stored. It works great. Maybe too great. My legs hate me. My kids look at me weird. My wife just shakes her head at me. But so far I've basically become a superhero from all these Nordic Curls I still can't get close to doing. The day is coming though, and on that day I'll have the last laugh.Seriously though, I recommend this thing. Even though I hate it.
