I bought the Micro Ingredients Organic Inulin FOS Fiber Powder mainly to add to my homemade yogurt, and it has worked out really well. The powder is very fine and dissolves quickly. I usually mix it into warm milk before culturing or stir it into finished yogurt, and it blends in smoothly without clumping. It doesn’t leave any gritty texture, which was something I was worried about at first. Taste wise it’s very mild. There’s a slight natural sweetness, but nothing overpowering. In yogurt it actually improves the texture a bit and makes it a little creamier. I like knowing I’m adding prebiotic fiber without changing the flavor of what I’m making. The bag is large and feels like a good value for the amount you get. Since I only use a spoonful at a time, it’s going to last quite a while. I also appreciate that it’s organic and vegan friendly with no unnecessary additives. If you’re making smoothies, drinks, or homemade yogurt like I do, this is an easy way to boost fiber without affecting taste or texture. I’ll definitely keep this in my pantry.

Use it with coffee, no problem with mixing. No flavor imparted to coffee. Seems to help quite a bit with regularity. So far so good!

I’ve been using this Organic Inulin FOS Powder (from Jerusalem Artichoke) for nearly a year now, and it’s become a staple in my morning routine. My wife and I originally bought it to support gut and colon health, but the benefits have gone well beyond that. We add 1 scoop to my morning coffee. It dissolves easily and has no noticeable taste, which makes it incredibly easy to incorporate into daily habits. Within a few weeks of consistent use, I began noticing improvements in my digestion and afternoon energy levels. I also found myself less hungry during the mornings, which has helped with weight management. Most notably, my LDL cholesterol numbers have gone down, and I attribute a good part of that to this product (the primary reason I started). One important note: if you’re new to prebiotics, start slow. The label suggests a full scoop daily, but I experienced some minor stomach discomfort when starting out. A half scoop for the first several days helped my body adjust, and I’ve had no issues since increasing to a full dose. The packaging is decent. The powder comes in a sturdy, resealable bag, though the zip-lock can tear if you’re not careful when opening it. To make things easier, we transfer a portion to a smaller airtight jar and keep it by the coffee machine. Considering the health improvements and how easy it is to use, the value for the price is excellent. I’ve since added it to my Subscribe & Save order and plan to continue using it long term. Tip: Start with a smaller dose and give your body time to adjust. And open the bag carefully to avoid tearing the seal.

Great product

First, I appreciate that there are no allergens. There are so many edible products that say, “manufactured in a facility with tree nuts”, but this brand goes the extra mile to say it’s free of all tree nuts (and more)! Second, I’ve tried agave inulin and it gave me terrible gas, almost immediately, but this type of inulin does not. I do a half of a scoop in my coffee and it mixes in perfectly. I also put a half of a scoop in my fizzy flavored water that I drink throughout the day. It mixes fine with that cold drink, too. I don’t notice a taste change. This inulin really helps me reach my fiber goals, doing the 90, 30, 50 method (90g protein, 30g fiber and 50g of healthy fat per day). I don’t feel bloated, or gassy and it doesn’t set off a histamine reaction.

If you check the ingredients on some Inulin products, it has SUGAR in it.. This product has NO SUGAR.. It is pure. I have purchased it twice so far... Very happy..

Llegó en tiempo y forma, perfectamente embalado, lo que me sorprendió es que la bolsa es dos veces l tamaño de la cantidad que tiene el producto, es decir mucha bolsa para la mitad del producto, el sabor es demasiado dulce pero será buen suplemento o sustituto del azúcar para mis familiares de la tercera edad que no pueden dejar las cosas dulces
