As a healthy substitute and a change up from lanolin (sheep's wool), this seems to be better for my body than the cholecalciferol from lanolin offered in most brands. Vegetarian friendly while also keeping me healthy. Easy to swallow. Do your research on where cholecalciferol has been used and discontinued for small animals...just sayin'

So far so good. I have a sensitive stomach and this has not caused any irritation or upset. I go for more blood work and a month hopefully my vitamin d levels will be better.

They seem good but I won't know for sure until my labs are rechecked.

Update July 25: I decided to add a 5th star for transparency - their customer service rep that I've been emailing with is communicative and answers my questions with answers that I can verify. I've been taking a D3/K2 supplement for a few years that was recommended by a Naturopathic Doctor, and I was looking for an alternative and came across Naturalis - the price was affordable for 180 pills. I wish I did my vetting before I made the purchase - but I was happy to get my order of Vegan D3 + K2(MK7) the next day after I ordered it. I saw that their label lists certification with the Vegan Society and I went to the Vegan Society web page to see if I could verify. Yes! This product is listed as certified. I noticed that their headquarters address on the label is down the street from where I live so I was curious and Google mapped it - it looks like they have moved because I did not see a Naturalis sign, but saw signs for other businesses. Not a big deal. I looked at their website and I wasn't impressed - it makes some claims but there were no links to verify the information - at this point I have become a little worried about the actual quality/ingredients of the product. I sent them an email requesting information on who does their manufacturing and where it is located. I also asked if they have any third party lab test results to verify the ingredients - apparently Amazon requires this before a supplement vendor can sell on the Amazon platform. I will update this review after I receive an answer from Naturalis.

Thank you for making it alpha gal safe. it is very difficult to find a vitamin D3 that is not animal driven it or has red seaweed in it.

Over the past couple of years I have added some vitamins/supplements to help with some current health issues. I have OA (osteoarthritis of the knees), gum issues and GERD so I take PPI medications. If you read online, there is ongoing research that shows PPI medications can reduce the absorption of nutrients in one's diet. For that reason, I started adding supplements like turmeric, ginger, Vitamin D3, K2, magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin b-complex etc. The REVIEW: -- I like that this has both D3 and K2 in one single small soft gel which goes down easy -- The fillers are natural (ex. organic extra virgin oil) with no problematic additives -- GMP certified facility -- If you read online reputable medical sites reference the benefits of D3 are that it helps with calcium absorption and aids in the development of bones and teeth; K2 (MK7) shows that it helps improve bone density and reduces the risk of bone fractures -- Gluten-free, non-GMO -- At 125 MCG I can get away with one per day which is nice when you have numerous health issues and need numerous supplements

I started taking this product when my doctor suggested I take vitamin D with K3. My blood tests show my vitamin D is at a good level now, so these must be potent and absorbed well. The small capsule is easy to swallow. I enjoy the convenience of having this a quality product on a subscription so I don't have to worry about running out and get a break on the price as well.

These helped get me out of a vitamin D deficiency. I have a very hard time swallowing pills, but these aren’t too bad because they are smaller and the gel is easier to take than pills that are chalky. I take them everyday with my medication and other vitamins.
