As a routine, healthy individual, I wanted to try this product. I brewed the tea as instructed, once, and the following day I was experiencing flu symptoms. I track what I consume and interact with, and this product is the only NEW thing I’ve introduced to my body in a 72-hour period. It was my fault for not reading the packaging thoroughly but labels are ambiguous and makes me question the validity of the pine needles and their origin. It says “particularly” Eastern White Pine which tells me it is probably mixed with other types of pine needles that may not be healthy for consumption. Just be cautious when purchasing this, I’m only speaking on my experience.

Well made triangular netting to hold pine needles, steeping tea leaves stay clear, limited fragrance, weak taste, gets better with 2 bags for a traditional size mug. Organic. V. Disappointed ☕️

Very refreshing and a great alternative to other herbals. Mild taste which I like.

Reminds me of being in the forest as a kid. Not sure why but I feel really relaxed when drinking this and it's quite delicious surprisingly. Evening pine tea has become a ritual.

Someone recommend i drink the tea, it helps with cognitive function, promotes a clear mind. Tastes refreshing, no need to add sugar, honey or lemon. Straight up the best taste. Let it draw for no longer than 3 min, if drawing too long it has a bit of a bitter taste. Have bought again.

The problem is my bags were so old and dry they no longer flavored your water at all. This may have been a one off. I will buy it again to see if a new shipment is the same condition.
