The product is very good, the faucet handle is very smooth to press, not hard at all like my previous one. The metal tube is also very flexible and easily lends itself to any space. The feature of water flow in two modes, outside jet flow and center soft flow, is very useful. Overall, a very good purchase and I am very satisfied.

Very poor quality
Hose pipe started rusting just after one month and totally rusted after six months. After 11 month jet of hose became unserviceable. Product is under warranty period for One year so first contracted Amazon customer care. Reply was to contact Seller or Manufacturers as Amazon has no role to claim warranty. Hence contracted to Manufacture but got no response and then contacted Seller. Seller's response very pathetic First he tried to throw the ball in Amazon's court but finally he agreed to replace the item with condition that delivery charges to be paid by customer. So please don't buy this product as it is very poor quality and further you forget to replace when it becomes unserviceable during warranty period. Once product is under warranty period why delivery charges to be paid by customer. Both Amazon and Seller are making fools to to customer and of course forget about Manufacturer
