The first has held up very well and I wanted a second one to cut down my baking time. It has performed just as well as the older one that still shows no wear. Everybody always asks how in the world I got the design on the inside of the tart shell wall. The non-Stick coating on the pan has held up. The silicone ring has not warped nor changed. These 2 pans have worked so well for me and I love the unique design of them. I also ordered the other pan design that is evenly fluted and expect it to work equally as well. Highly Recommend!

I’m not sure what the silicone ring is for, I baked a tart for Thanksgiving and used it without the ring as I’m used to with other pans and it turned out perfect! No crust stuck to the pan, it slid out of the outer shell easily and it hasn’t scratched although we’ve not had it very long. Highly recommend!
