73mm Petanque Set - 6 Boules, 2 Designs, Carrying Case and 2 Target Balls

The set arrived nearly a week early ! Les boules are absolutely beautiful and the polos are are a nice bright color. I really like that les boules sont different with one set smooth and the other with lines. They seem very sturdy and are the correct weight and size.

Great weight, and the cochonnet is easy to see thanks to the bright paint. Excellent set!

Our family is really happy with this set; very high quality, durable and easy to store and carry around. We’ve already played several times and look forward to years of fun with this set.

I was recently introduced to this game over the holidays and loved it so much I had to get my own set! It has proven to be a great couples or group game anywhere! Every place you play is a new challenge. The beach sand causes it to stop in place while different grassy areas can roll, bounce, or stop. Then add bumps and hills and it’s an additional level of difficulty and technique. This set has everything you need and fits in its compact case. The set is heavy, but small so easy to take with you. Put it in the trunk of your car and you always have it ready to go.

Good petanque set. I was a bit annoyed that I opened it up and the target ball was chipped. Even a cursory inspection would have seen it. The boules are of good quality though plus it came with a fun bumper sticker. So 4 stars.

Great starter kit without having to spend hundreds on 3 balls. Wife and I belong to a Petanque group and as a team, we were able to beat a few top pros early on with this set! One smooth and one textured allows for a nice preference if you are shooting or pointing. Great starter set and we may end up just using these for a very long time!

Descend sets of boules just for fun! Unfortunately there's very little attention on the weight and balance of the boules. Their weight varies from the lightest (of the same set) to the heaviest by up to 24 grams and the weight is not distributed evenly. It's ok for kids and for fun but not for serious play or competition games. If you want serious boules, buy "Obut".

Reasonably priced entry level pétanque kit. It could be purchased for a few bucks cheaper directly from Pétanque America. Negative reviews were probably left by people in a bad mood or others who don't know what they're talking about.
