Sometimes, the "OLD" or "ancient" becomes new like a "Super Star" Oer a very "competitive" "athlete" in a "box!" The tools are all "there" however" those "Vet's" that want to "transcend" their "circumstances" or "speak" their "mind" are in fact "severely" "punished", like others in the REAL World!"Oddly" a lot of "Former" SPECIAL OPERATIONS folks across the world or "spectrum of the Rainbow" are"inventing" and "creating" new ways for "EXERCISE" out of the "simpler" "set" of tools', utilizing "science," "History," and - BELIEF!" JUST "picture" that!"The threads, of- progress- are there to see if "ALL" were in fact just to look at the history of the "Human" Race1" across the "bridge/gap" of "Free" thought and expression! vs. the same old "Rut" of marketing "business as usual!"As they say- "just-listen" to the Music- like the "Village People" song "YMCA!" OR the "movies" "Go Tell The Spartan's!"

Even though I had read a few books on the subject of Chakras I decided to purchase this fantastic full color (Rainbow Chakra Center: Body-Mind-Spirit) chart. This wonderful chart covers the physical areas and glands of each energy center and the mental, emotional, strengths and blocks of each energy center.The back side goes into more detail on each chakra color and location. It also explains the meaning of Chakra in Sanskrit is “Wheel.” Even though some of the writing was very small; nevertheless, this chart provides a summary of essential information for anyone who is into Chakra healing methods.This is a great chart for reviewing the role the Chakras play in our total health issues.Rating: 4 Stars. This is perfect. It has all of he Chakras on a laminated card. Good description of each Chakra and easy to read.

I love the detailed layout of this chart! The way it explains the connections and importance of mind, body, & spirit is like no other that I've come across. Thank you for such details. I still use it as a referral tool when I need guidance on a particular issue. Highly recommend getting all 3!

I like the convenience of having highlights of what each chakra does on a two-sided, laminated piece like this. I have several books on chakras that I have read over the years, but I appreciate having access to the highlights quickly enough so that I don’t have to go digging for the information in my book collection. Sometimes you just need a quick reminder of the basics.

I love this diagram because it helps me to understand quick information about my chakras and a ltime. It gives great examples and I love the color coded chart.
