Only problem I had is that one side of the little rope you hold broke but I remedied it ### ⭐⭐ Worked well for those hard to reach spots on the back.... while it lasted. *by M***O on September 2, 2018* Like the headline states the product worked well and helped clean those hard to reach places on my back until it broke. The problem I had was after the first few uses I noticed a faint tearing sound and after 3-4 more times the stitching which held the handle in place tore. Lasted from early July to mid-August with occasional use. Great product, good price, but in my case unfortunately the workmanship could be improved, perhaps by reinforced stitching, which would contribute to a longer lasting product. ### ⭐ Meh. On top of that, it's painful for me to use (physical health issues/disabilities/restricted ROM). It just doesn't make a difference in how difficult showering/bathing is for me.
