Update 6/8/23 The company reached out to me directly and thought the issue might be that I bought the women's version vs male (small vs large). I thought the smaller one would be good as I have smaller bone structure. I had issues getting it to start in place and returned it. The company sent me a large version and I'm very happy to report that it works SO MUCH BETTER! It stays in place and is of very nice quality. It's heavy duty but the fit and finish (things like smooth edges, etc) is top notch. I'm very happy they provided me that opportunity because I now love it! The large balances much better than the small, allowing me to get deep into the areas I need without it sliding to the incorrect spot. I really like the idea of this product, the 3 size options and the heavy duty material, but can't for the life of me get it to stay upright. I matter which size I use, it tilts and doesn't allow pressure in the correct spot when I lay on it. I REALLY want to like and use this product, but just can't get it to work for me.

Exactly what the Doctor ordered, arrived quickly, works better than expected, great price, new design is interesting.

It is not as effective as I had expected it to be but it does provide some relief. It is easy to hold and comfortable. Overall decent quality and pretty easy to use. However, I wish it were as comfortable to use while using it under your neck laying down as it is while directly using it with hands.
