Delicious!
I use this delicious coconut milk powder as a creamer. I find it works best if I add a little water and take a moment to blend and break down any lumps before adding the coffee/choc/matcha (it’s quicker than a frother!). It’s also a great alternative to canned coconut milk and you only use what’s needed so no wastage.

Great Taste and a Good Deal
This coconut powder would make an excellent coffee creamer or milk substitute. It isn't as sweet as some I've had, but you might not want too much sweeteness in a creamer. It's a little lumpy, so it might be best to pour a little hot water in and break up the lumps before adding anything cold (like for a smoothie). Once it is reconstituted, it has a nice texture and a full-bodied flavor. It also works well if you want to add some coconut flavor to a Thai recipe, and the best part is the fact that it is a powder...so no spoilage. I live in a remote location that can experience a blizzard at any time, so I like having back up supplies. I'd put this coconut powder in the category of "essential" to have, because it is organic, provides MCT's, and is useful in everything from hot chocolate to mashed potatoes. The price is reasonable and the packaging is high quality. I'll buy it again.

Works great! Great dairy alternative for my coffee :)
I mostly got the Anthony's Organic Coconut Milk Powder to try as a creamer. I will be traveling to France for two weeks and am dairy free and I've read that coffe shops that offer almond or coconut creamers as an alternative are few and far between. While I will be VERY close to Burnt Coffee Bean Central or as hubby calls them "Factory coffee", I prefer to avoid them at ALL costs. So I tried it the first day and felt like I needed a lot of it and I could taste the coconut flavor. That is not offensive to me and I was surprised that I could even taste it because I eat a lot of coconut products but it's probably because most recently I'd been using almond creamer in my coffee. Day two I decided to try the same amount (10g) that is in a serving of Coconut Clouds dried Coconut Milk Creamer and it seems to have "whitened" my coffee enough for my taste and the coconut flavor is still very slight to me. I even let my coffee sit a while and added a little more to 'warm' it back up and I still didn't have any problem dissolving the powder in my coffee. I didn't actually use measuring spoons the first time just the Tbs you eat with. 1 Yes there's a creamy like film on top but there was also one on the CC creamer. 2 No it did not seem 'oily' to me. 3 Yes it did disolve completely and fairly quickly/easily for me. 4 No it did not have or leave a 'grainy' texture/feel in my coffee at all. 5 Yes I would recommend as a powdered non-dairy coffee creamer. 6 No it was not 'clumpy' for me (best by date on my bag was 04/28/2020 maybe when it's a little older 🤷🏻♀️) 7 No I did not feel the need to stir before each sip. 8 No I have not had issues with my resealable bag but if I had, I'd just transfer to a Mason jar and not hold it against the product. 9 No it does not have mixing directions on package to make 'milk'. I feel like it's unfair to rate a product lower because you didn't like the price or it got damaged in shipping. We're supposed to be rating the product, which is why I read the negative comments first so I can see if people are being petty and can discount them. Then I read their other reviews to see if they love complaining about everything. Really puts their reviews into perspective.

Great for coffee and baths!
As someone who is sensitive to dairy, specifically milk, but still wants creamy flavored coffees without chemicals, this is a life saver! I always read through reviews before purchasing anything and take them all with a grain of salt. There are a few people giving bad reviews saying their product was expired (by YEARS!) when it was just them not reading the date correctly. You can tell in those photos that the product is NOT EXPIRED! My coconut milk powder came yesterday, and it expires in 2025. The product came somewhat clumpy, but think that is the HEALTHY fats (yes, fats can be healthy! Not everything needs to be low calorie). I rarely drink hot coffee but drink iced coffee almost every day, and there are several reviews saying it didn’t dissolve and was clumpy in COLD drinks, so it had me second guessing ordering. HOWEVER! I knew I wanted to make my creamer ahead of time and store it in the fridge for ease of use every day. This worked perfectly and I recommend to anyone who enjoys iced drinks! To make it, I used hot water with coconut milk powder, added a little pure maple syrup and blended. Transferred to a container with a lid to keep in the fridge and woke up this morning to wonderful creamer! I do wish the packaging had more specific directions on how to make. It’s stated somewhere on here it should be 1 part coconut milk powder to 2 parts water but one reviewer said she did 8 tablespoons powder to one cup water, so I went with that (loosely). I haven’t had any issues with the bag not closing, but seems easy enough to put in a separate container if needed. Overall, I’m very happy with this! As an added bonus to drinking in my coffee/tea, I added some to my bath (thank you reviews!) and it was heavenly! My skin was so soft, smooth and hydrated, so I will be doing that again! Definitely worth the money and so many uses makes this is extremely versatile.

Works great for pancakes!
I used this to replace regular milk powder in my favorite pancake recipe and it worked excellently! My only nitpick is I wish they put the water to powder ratio on the packaging (you can see on this listing description that it's 2 parts hot water to 1 part coconut milk powder, but I couldn't find this on the bag itself). However I didn't feel that was worth knocking off a whole star for, the product itself is still great.

The seller was just amazing with how quick it all turned but I love this brand in general and the varieties they have to sell. Very few options when it comes to pure coconut milk powder as most seem to have dairy milk solids added which kinda kills the purpose of it to be a dairy free alternative!

I love coconut! great addition to add to my smoothies now. I wish there wasn't the maltodextrin but i am sure its a small amount.
