Got these as they were much less expensive than in stores. Wanted to help hydrate after a busy few months.I have very off taste buds thanks to long covid so had a lot of reservations- but surprisingly, they were really tasty. Not too strong and leave a nice flavour in the water. Dissolve really quickly.If they stay at this price, will definitely buy again.

EDIT - UPDATE ON REVIEW:I'm almost through the 3 packs I bought, and I do notice a difference in how I'm feeling and the cramps I was getting. All the flavours are ok, BUT I've noticed if I take any of them on an empty stomach or drink them too quickly, I feel sick. It passes, but it's definitely there. I don't get that if I drink slowly or after food. Something to keep in miind when purchasing.ORIGINAL REVIEW:I bought these after suffering from muscle cramps and thinking it could possibly be down to the amount I sweat when exercising. So far I’ve only tried the one flavour, so my review is currently for mixed berry.They’re super easy to use, just plop one in a glass of water and wait for it to fizz to nothing. You can split the tablets easily too if you need them to fit in a narrow necked bottle. The bottle says no more than four a day, I’ve only been using one.They mix really well, I don’t find them bitty or anything. There’s not a lot of smell, which is nice as some vitamins absolutely stink, but these are a lot more subtle.After using them for a week, I do find I have more energy. It’s hard to pin point, but I don’t feel as tired. So they’re definitely doing something!They’ve never upset my stomach. Had no issues there. If anything my stomach actually feels better. Again, hard to explain, but I guess I’m more hydrated.Pain relief wise, I think it’s too early to say whether they’ve helped with my muscle cramps and pain, but I’m definitely feeling better in myself so that’s good enough for me right now. I’ll update my review if I feel any kind of pain relief or the cramps subside.Quality wise, I haven’t tried other products so have nothing to compare to, but these taste alright, mix alright, and appear to be doing something right, so a big thumbs up from me.

These are great I definitely feel more hydrated and energetic however the taste isn’t the best I can get past it for the benefits, the quality is really good and I don’t find them to be bitty the taste just lets it down a tiny bit

Not what I expected and I found this flavour too sweet for me. Won’t buy again.

Nice flavour

Alot cheaper than the supermarket, has everything you need in one. Dissolved well.

Won't recommend, very weak in flavour and leaves a slimy feel/taste in the mouth.
