Great All-Round Knife That Just Works Well
Really pleased with this knife. The blade feels sharp and solid out of the box and it handles everything in the kitchen really smoothly. I’ve used it on vegetables and meat and it’s easy to keep control of it when chopping or slicing. The balance and weight feel good in the hand, so prep sessions feel comfortable rather than tiring. They knife has been a well received gift for a home cook. Very sharp perfect for chopping meats etc very easy to use. Fits into our existing knife block so no need to purchase new so great value for money. Washed in hot soapy water after to clean.

Sharp - really sharp
I know I've been guilty of crimes against knives by putting them through the dishwasher and thought I'd treat myself based on the excellent reviews. The weight and balance are nice and the blade as sharp as you could want. I love using it and therefore its been given special treatment - hand washing. I will certainly add to my collection in time.
