I use it when my husband & I travel overnight - I recommend a black one, as it will help block out light when the hoodie is pulled tight over your eyes. I bought one for each of my kids as well. Both of my boys have sensory issues, my oldest is on the autism spectrum. This is a wonderful way for them to "escape" when they can't really escape!
