There is a gap from the product to the car visor but insignificant. As long the visor is position to your eye level that most important. It’s antiglare and doesn’t restrict my driving. It’s worth itUpdate: like most visors, a sudden turn or a hard stop my loosen its position. I recommend wrapping several thick rubber bands in the clip that would touch the actual car vanity mirror. This is bc the car vanity mirror is very smooth and has less friction when it makes contact with the clip of the visor. This is the cause of the slippage.
