how long is the arm fully extended from the pole to where the light begins? how long is the light?

It’s about 16 inches from the pole to the end of the light head. The fully extended height is about 55 inches. Thank you.

How do we contact o'bright for warranty? i purchased this lap in oct and now the bulb doesn't work. it began to flicker and then stopped turning on.

I had a problem with the bulb too. I requested a replacement from Amazon. No problem. Couldn’t be happier with the replacement.

What is size of lamp head ?

Basically around the size of a larger cell phone, but does bring off a good source of adjustable light.

Where is the power switch - on the lamp or on the cord?

The switch is a button on the top where the lamp arm is attached to the stand. The photo shows a small silver button sticking out of the top, although it's a little hard to see it.
