Very comfy

We got new chairs at work. And I hate them. I work as an office assistant, and we have these new molded plastic chairs. After a few shifts, my lower back really started hurting. I tried new stretching techniques, tried to pay attention to my posture, heat, ice, etc. It wasn't until another co-worker complained about the chairs that I knew I had to do something. I took a risk on this cushion (THERE ARE SO MANY) but I am very pleased! For the price point, it works great! No back pain after my shift! I like the textured bottom, it keeps the cushion in place. Would absolutely recomment.

I had sciatica kick up when I turned the wrong way and lifted 10-pound box of dog bones out of a large box two weeks ago. I could not get comfortable sitting on any chair, even with chair cushions. The first few hours I used this cushion the pain really subsided. When I slept, I put a regular pillow between my legs and slept in a fetal position on my side, which I read is good for sciatica. But this seat cushion made all the difference in the world. I highly recommend this, along with using Bio Freeze together. This is definitely a win win purchase for me. Jan

I’ve been wanting to get a cushion to elevate me a bit when I drive since I am so short. And then the need got more pressing when I developed severe pain in my right buttocks, hip, and leg. I’ve been dealing with the pain for nine weeks, going to a reknowned orthopedic clinic, getting injections, doing PT, etc. still no definitive diagnosis. Sitting makes the pain much worse so decided to get this cushion. Unfortunately it did not help, actually made it worse. I think it was too squishy for me, which actually put more pressure on my SI joint and piriformis muscles. That said, it might be great for someone who has tailbone pain. I gave it to a friend who also is dealing with pain. (Growing older is not for sissies!). I hope it works for her.
