I purchased a pair of these(different brand) last year and they’re no longer on Amazon..so I bought these thinking they would be reasonably similar, as they are designed the same, I was wrong. I tried to use the ladder I put them on and one side would not catch and hold! I started looking at the product and noticed the tension springs are different lengths. The side that’s slipping is due to the short spring. Major safety issue.
