These little feathers taught me a great big lesson. Dont shop for a project late at night, and thoroughly read the descriptions and measurements when shopping online LOL, things I thought I already knew. Although these feathers are adorable, look like the photos and arrived quickly. When I opened the package they were tiny little boutineer size feathers (I make wreaths and needed big feathers) Totally my fault, and when I opened the package I just laughed! I even paid additional shipping to get them quicker. They now have a place of honor in my craft room to remind me to slow down a little and not let people push me with unreasonable timelines.I have used a few in the bows on my wreaths and they are a nice way to tie in some of the ribbon to the wreath.

In the first package I received (photo shown) - 5 of the feathers were in good condition, and the other 5 were damaged with some being browned. The seller was kind enough to send me another order of 10 and, again, similar situation. I managed to sort out 5 good ones from the second order to have 10 good quality feathers for our wedding, and sent back the rest.It seems like these come prepackaged and mixed. Depending on what you're using them for, you can touch-up the imperfectly shaped ones and mix the browned ones in whatever you're using them in. In my case, they're all going to be shown individually on place settings at our micro wedding, and I needed all of them to be as close to perfect as possible and not browned at all.

Purchased these feathers and was skeptical on what I was going to actually get. These things were spot on per the description and picture.

The feathers are much smaller than advertised & the color is not red, they are a rust color. I was hoping to use them for a pencil Christmas tree but honestly even for a pencil tree, these will be way too dinky. Very disappointed.
