I’m relatively new at using these. They work great with different levels of resistance.

I use 6 days a week- stays put when sweaty and hasn't stretched around all!

I purchased these bands based on price point and variety of resistance in the pack. I am new to bands so wanted to try some first before making a pricey commitment. These are easy to use and efficient to complete the exercise training videos I follow online.If you are looking for bands that do not slip, these are not for you, they do move during use, and I must re-position them during reps on different leg areas. But for the price, I'm willing to overlook it.

First of all I will say this more than anything "you get exactly what you pay for". The band's are nowhere near awful but I will just go thru a quick pro/con to make this easier. CONS -Bands are not roll proof in the slightest - if you're doing squats or leg lifts or anything of the sort the band will roll into a thin line of plastic and it will potentially be painful depending on the movement you're doing.-Quality is okay to good but not great but you are getting 4 bands for cheaper than you would normally get just 1 good band so keep that in mindPROS - The band's will still give you a great workout and are pretty durable all around - So far they seem resistant and not as if they are going to wear down or snap super fast/super easily. -They are big thigh friendly (minus the rolling issue) which also happens on smaller thighs (tested on multiple different friends) Otherwise if you're a newbie to booty bands I highly recommend them especially if you're just trying to see if it's potentially something you may want to add into your workout or if you're trying to determine what level of resistance you may want to order a good band in. If you're expecting something much more fantastic for a steal I would look elsewere.

Love these bands will definitely get a lot of use out of these

I'm very happy with these! I inspected them when I opened them and found no issues. They're a very affordable price point because you can't keep loops like these forever.. they will eventually break down and you'll have to invest in a new set.They work very well for light to heavy resistance exercises. They will roll, though. All loops like these will unless you invest in fabric ones. One tip to give.. no matter how new or old your loops are, always inspect them before using. It's no fun having a loop break and smack your face!

Definitely not worth more than the price. I tried to do some resistance band workouts and they literally just scrunch and roll right up my leg. The only thing I can really do with them without them rolling up are regular squats. They definitely aren’t very sturdy and I wouldn’t be surprised if they snapped while I was using them. :/

I just gotta say, Amazon is on their game wjth shipping orders. These arrived about a week early (June 24 but came in on the 17). Since this whole quarantine, the gym has been closed. I feel like a beginner all over again since they opened back up. These really are so durable and so flexible. The only thing I have against these are the smell. Smells like balloons and it will linger for a while until I keep using it. But other then that, these are amazing. Totally worth my money

I've tried quite a few brands and these are the weakest I've ever seen they gave way too much and are suitable for beginners I needed the 2 heaviest to get a decent resistance and felt cheap quality compared to other for the same price

These bands were not what I had expected. There is no weight on them and the “X-Heavy” band is actually weaker than a medium one I have from a different company. Will not rebuy and will not recommend.

The difference in resistance is small, and they do stretch out after a few times use

Great just what I expected. Not much more not much less. The product is however wrapped in individual plastic sleeves which I thought to be very wasteful.

Delivery was really quick and the product is exactly how it's described. Great all around!
