Is it the very highest quality with a perfect fit? Nope, you cannot get that at this price point sorry guys. But for the cost this is a solid costume, it fits well and the skirt and sleeves are very voluminous. It looks very similar to the picture, and the skirt flows nicely as you walk. The size chart is a little confusing so for reference I'm 5'4 and a size 16 and XL fit me perfectly and was only a little too long. If you're shorter than 5'4 you might need to have it hemmed. The skirt is two pieces sewn together at the waist but the top can be moved a bit if you want to bustle the upper skirt.
