EARKOHA Womens Casual High Waist Tie Paisley Print Long Maxi Skirt with Pockets

I've been eyeing this skirt for awhile now, and finally decided to give it a try. I'm so glad I did.I've worn Lularoe maxi skirts for a few years, so the fact that the skirt is polyester doesn't bother me. It's a very silky poly, lightweight without being see through, but also thick enough that it could probably be worn in winter in milder climates. It's overall very comfortable. I don't live in a state that experiences high humidity on a regular basis, but we do get quite a few hot days during the summer. I live in skirts.I bought the gray floral, and at first I was worried that there was too much gray, but after opening the package and seeing the entire skirt, the gray background makes the floral design really pop.I'm 5'7" and the skirt comes to the tops of my feet. I wear it at my natural waist. It would be too long for anyone shorter. A taller person could probably adjust where the waist band sits and still have plenty of length.I bought XL because I wanted the skirt loose and flowy. A large would likely have been fine. I've got an athletic build and have learned to just size up for the fit I prefer.It has pockets, which is neither here nor there to me. I'm one that prefers my skirts without, but they aren't a hindrance. They don't make the hip area look larger or anything like that. The seams are sewn well with two different types of stitching, and look like they will hold up.The skirt washes well. I washed on gentle, hung to dry.I will buying at least one more color.*As a few others have said, the skirt was delivered in just the clear package that it comes in. Odd, but it is less packaging that way, which I approve of. The package was heavier plastic, and very well secured with no holes or tears in it.**I purchased a second skirt, the green patchwork. The skirt itself is nice, seems to be as well made as the first one. I personally just don't like the patchwork. It's lighter in color than pictured, and is a little too boho for me. This skirt is also longer than the first one, so it's a little too long.

The thing that I am most nervous about online shopping is the fit, so I will be as specific as possible:My height is just shy of 5'7" and I am about 170lbs (possibly a little less as I have been losing some weight recently.)Most of my weight is around the midsection and the waist of the large fits perfectly. With the waist worn at belly button level the skirt falls just past the tops of my feet.The waist is also a true drawstring (I was afraid it might be a sewn on bow) so you can adjust it.The reason I only gave it four stars is because I do not think that the skirt I received is the exact same material as show in the picture. (See attached photo.)Despite that, I like it very much!!

Fit is good. As mentioned in other reviews, the waistband is a little snug but I'm sure this will stretch out over time. I have smaller waist so many skirts tend to fall down so I like that this is more snug in the waist.I'm 5'6" and the size small hit me just about at the ankle.I'm giving 4 stars because it had a funky smell to it and even with washing right away, it didn't come out all the way. Will need another wash or two.

Colors weren't exactly what i was expecting. I ordered "splice orange" color. Still a lovely, flowy skirt.The main issue was that it was small in strange places. I wear an 18W in pants and carry most of my weight in my low tummy. This skirt fit fine in the waistband but did not flare out immediately causing the top 18 inches or so to be too snug on me. When i pulled the skirt up to my rib cage, the part around my belly was too tight. I ordered an XXL.If you're smaller or built differently, I'd definitely recommend.

The fabric is not as pictured. Nice, but not the same colors. The photo for the blue skirt shows some purple tones, and this skirt is blue and green. Fits well, fabric is nice, nice and flowy and not see through at all, and it does have pockets. I am 5'7" and it comes down to my feet. Covers the tops of my feet actually. I will buy one in a different color, I like it that much, The colors don't come through accurately on my computer, though. The patterns don't look the same at all.

Super cute! I would give 5 starts but the color is off. I was excepting brighter colors like the yellow on my shirt. Instead the yellow on the skirt is more mustardy. Still super cute and can brighten it up with a shirt. (Excuse the terrible lighting

I got a XCL and I could have sized down a size but the waist string helps it fit very good and you can roll the waist up and it still looks good so you can in a way choose the length

I bought this skirt on a whim, and have absolutely fallen in love. It matches all my bright colored tank tops and the fabric is light and breezy. Fits all the way to the ground for tall girls or gals like me who "take up a little extra space." Oh, and it has pockets! Went back an ordered another color.

Love that it is long enough for me! Hoped it was a thicker material but thin material will be great for summer.
