This toothpaste is the 1st one I've found that doesn't burn or dry my mouth out. It has a very mild flavour. Once you get used to having little to no foam when brushing it's fine. On a bad day when my mouth is extremely dry I use it 3 times a day along with a mouthwash and a spray from the same brand
