Customer care service is Good.
Product is very good. And customer care service is very good and fast. My machine is not working after almost 1 year and 10 months. Product comes with 3 years warranty so I write a mail on customer care mail id. Got the replacement within week. They even not asked me to send my old product.

I have purchased this machine 2nd time the first machine I have used for 2.5 years and working well but due to my fault the first machine got broken that's why I have purchased this machine 2nd time no need to think just purchased it you will not regret after this machine you will be satisfied

Product best, Amazon waste!!
Yeah it's a good product for the value I spent but it shows the weight numbers different with in a minute 1kg difference other than that it's good. In Amazon, the package wasn't secure with any other safety covers and the delivery person asked me to the main road to collect and why I paying for get there in roadside service. Very worst experience in Amazon delivery
