Made our bed so comfortable!

***This is my original review - edited additional comments below*** Straight out of the package the topper was uneven - two side panels overly stuffed while middle ones where you need it were visibly understuffed; it also did not fluff up very much at all even after several hours laying flat. Tossing into the dryer as per the instructions did nothing either. The two side panels remain fluffier and bulging compared to the center which looks like it dips (and feels like it too). One good night's sleep is all that was gotten before back pain set in again. After so long with such an uncomfortable sleeping experience and thinking the right topper had been found, this was a massive disappointment. The one I received may be faulty but regardless it was not at all worth what was paid and does not look like the listing photo or photos from other buyers. Alas, the frustrating uncomfortable nights continue.... EDIT: The company reached out and very kindly and generously offered a full refund to make things right. This was a very unexpected pleasant surprise (not what I would think a seller would do). The person who contacted me was very nice and made it clear the company wanted to do something to help, they were interested in finding out more about my experience to aid in their product updates, and were apologetic about my less than satisfying experience. I felt heard and seen and did indeed receive the full refund in a timely fashion. I can now say that while I had an off buying experience (why I still knocked off one star), my experience with the seller has been quite good (five stars) and I would recommend people to purchase from them in good faith that no matter what, you're taken care of. That means a lot as a customer, thank you.

I bought this to go over a memory foam mattress that I found to be a little stiff for me. The construction is nice. Soft fabric, seemingly well stitched, each pillow block seemed well filled, and it doesn't make any noise. It has nice deep pockets and fits onto the matress just like a fitted sheet which made it very easy to put on. It came In and on the first couple of nights it was very comfortable and fluffy; like sleeping on a cloud.. but that is where the good ended. I am 5'1 153 lbs. I sleep on one side of the bed and within a month I found that the fluffyness of this product flattened out. It no longer seems to feel like a cloud even after taking it off the bed, drying it and fluffing it again. It flattened out like a cheap pillow. If you are a heavier body build I would suggest finding a different topper. I also found that it slides around on the bed quite a bit. I have a full size bed and bought a full size topper, but it feels big. I often will wake up at night and about an inch/ inch and a half of the "pillow squares" will be off on the side of the bed instead of on top of the matress. It is not horrible for the price point and it is well constructed, but I do wish it would have held its fluffyness a little longer than a month. I think if I had to do it again I think I would have spent the little extra money and got a higher end one.

I liked it a lot when I first got it, but over time it kind of flattened out and lost its cushion. It wasn't very slip resistant either, and would slide to one side of the bed a lot. However, for the time I used it I really liked it and it helped with my uncomfortable mattress. I suggest this for those who need a softer mattress ASAP but don't want to spend hundreds on a nice mattress topper.
