It is worth it.
This is my first stand mixer and I like it! I've made butter with it using heavy cream and I have to say it did an amazing job. Of course when you make the butter, it will make a mess. I suggest that you keep plenty of towels handy. I like it also because of the storage factor. Everything fits in the bowl and I cover it with the plastic cover that it came in. The quality is there.

Great for holiday baking!
Great mixer for holiday baking! I have made cakes and cookies so far. It will admit it's not as powerful as my old KitchenAid mixer, but it powers through the job! This is when mixing ingredients in specific order will matter! The bowl is thin, but sturdy! This makes it lightweight. Easy to clean. It doesn't rotate like other mixers I've experienced.I'm not a professional, but I am a guy who enjoys a little fun in the kitchen with someone special. This mixer made it easy and gave me plenty of time for other fun in the kitchen. I highly recommend it!

Great Purchase
I am well pleased with the mixer! The quality of the mixer and attachments are very good. I purchased it for especially making bread. I haven't used it for that yet, maybe today since we have snow and it is cold. It would go well with my homemade soup tonight. I did use it to make a cake from a mix. It says on the box to beat 2 minutes on medium speed, and I have done that with the handheld mixer I've used for 39 years, and it was perfect. The medium speed on this mixer is definitely more powerful, and I oversized it, my cake wasn't as soft and fluffy as usual. But now I know! It is just as beautiful and well made as the much higher priced brand. This brand has always lasted for years in our family. I am delighted with it. It is definitely a great value for the price.

Stand Mixer
Oh my gosh, I wish I had gotten this sooooo much sooner! My daughter has one that is like industrial super heavy duty, weighs a lot, and I've used it a very small bit, but not much. I'm aging, I'm having problems with my hands/wrists/arms, ok, body in general, and I decided it was time to get one. I have a tiny kitchen that I hate, so I already knew I had no room to put one of these, hence not having one. I chose this particular mixer because it has a handle. I don't know if others have a handle or not, I just saw this one with it's handle and all beautifully shiny blue and fell in love. I used it the first time the same day I got it, and I've used it multiple times since. I litterally do not have counter space enough to have all 4 suction cups stuck at the same time during use, so I stay right with it and to date, ok a dozen or so uses later, it doesn't travel, but I have no intention of walking away from it while in use. I actually didn't know it even had the suction cups on the bottom until I went to get it off my dining room table. All I have to say, is if you're a little older and your body isn't so good, those suction cups stick well enough to risk putting your back or a should joint or something out if you go to grab it and don't know it's suction cupped to your table. But it's ok if you do. The other deal sealer for me was that this one does not weigh anywhere near as much as my daughters mixer does. I thought I had managed to clear an under cupboard spot to keep it, but it's too tall. So like so many other things I like to use, it will live in the basement when not in use. I am currently considering converting part of the basement to a much more user friendly kitchen with much more counter and cupboard space, as most of my kitchen stuff is down there anyways. And in closing, the important stuff: I've only used the paddle piece, the instructions said that would be the one most used, and so far that has been true. My numb fingers have no problems putting on or taking off any of the attachments, and the paddle has been amazingly easy to clean. If the batter hasn't dripped off, a quick swipe with a spatula takes most of it off, super easy to was. I use a damp swedish dishcloth to wipe the mixer down itself, dry it off, as well as the bowl, so it stays shiny pretty too. i put all the attachments in the bowl, tuck in the cord and put, Oh yes! it also has a spatter guard! I've creamed sugar into melted butter or shortning, whipped eggs, added liquids, and or flour. I was concerned about spatter, but have discovered that this mixer doesn't, or at least hasn't yet spattered anything. The bowl height/beater depth seems to be perfect for mixing, which is as it should be! I have not used the whisk attachment yet, I'm guessing the potential for spatter will be much higher then, but it's ok, because this mixer comes with a spatter guard. So far I'm totally satisfied with this mixer, and my hands/arms/body in general wish I'd done it sooner.

Good value
Love my mixer. Less then a kitchen aisle, but does almost all the functions. Not interested in all the attachments kitchen aid has. So this works for me and not as expensive

Good for price
I’ve used this mixer a few times. It’s great for the price, not as good as a heavy duty but perfect for home baking.
