I don't run a convenience store or anything. I bought this for some kids parties we had coming up and ordered it almost as a joke thinking "how cool would it be to have a hot dog roller."For starters, this thing is awesome in every regard but one: cleaning. Cleaning this thing sucks. It isnt this particular hot dog rollers fault. I don't imagine any hot dog roller is easy to clean. But this thing did end up making some very memorable kids parties and it was really great to be able to have a lot of food available with little hassle (until clean up anyway).We've used this thing about 10 times and it's held up great. If you're in the market for a hot dog roller, this is a great option.

Terrific price (~$114) for the 5-roller unit. Was a bit of a PITA to remove the white, sticky covering on all of the surfaces and assemble the unit, but it worked perfectly. Since I’ll regularly use it I may get the three year warranty, but it appears to be quite well made.

I run the concession stand for our high school boy's basketball team. The boosters bought this to replace the old one that had seen better days. Thankfully, my husband helped unbox and assemble it about an hour before a game. The hot dogs cooked a lot quicker, so it didn't take as long to get things ready. I like that the front rollers can be at a different temperature than the back. I put the back rollers on a higher temp and once they're starting to brown, move them to the front to stay warm at a lower temp. The bun warmer on top is a great idea, but if they're on too long, the buns will dry out. I wipe the rollers while they're still turning for easy cleanup. Most of our games are at 6:00, so hot dogs are a dinner favorite with the fans!
