I purchased a 6000 watt scooter similar to this one on e… so this is my second one I purchased in the last week. Customer service was responsive. The 3 complaints I have are chiefly this. But in all fairness I did not contact customer support about these. Number 1. The handlebar was 1.25” short and the manufacturer just put the grip over the short end but it would droop when you hang onto it. So 8 bough a piece of 7/8” solid aluminum round stock cut it 2.5” and machined and turned down the piece back 3/4” enough to fit tight in the handlebar as shown in the picture. Second the voltmeter rattles on the handlebar and I don’t see how to tighten it. There is a set screw on it that is tight. (this does not happen on the other scooter I bought) also many loose bolts. Thirdly the throttle continues to accelerate about 1 second after you release it. This also doesn’t happen on the other one I bough. Another complaint I have is when you remove the seat base, the bolts that hold down the platform for the seat are not recessed so they stick up a little more than 1/4” when you reinsert them without the platform. The other scooter came with an extra set of recessed bolts. Other than that the scooter performs quite well. The readout is slightly brighter than the other scooter I have even though they look identical but are still too dim to be seen in daylight.

I received the scooter yesterday. I charged it fully and took it for a ride. Several blocks from home, the power disengaged and and E 06 error code appeared. The scooter would not turn back on after this. I tried turning the key off and on and pressing the power button, but nothing comes back on at all on the scooter. I ended up kicking my way back home. What a pain. I did not see a way to contact the seller, so I am hoping they see this and respond with how to fix this error or let me know how they can remedy this situation. Willing to change my review based on how the seller responds to this review.**UPDATE:** I am currently in contact with customer service. I will update this review as this process continues. They have been quick to respond and are addressing the E06 error.**UPDATE 5-23-23** I have to say, the customer service at [email protected] They responded very quickly. We trouble shot the issues with the E06 error. When email attempts were unsuccessful, they offered to send me a new battery and controller. Ultimately, I was sent an entirely new scooter. I charged the battery fully and took it for a spin. WHAT A MONSTER!! I was able to run full throttle in all three gears and in both econ/turbo and single/dual modes. On turbo/dual motor I chickened out at 48mph. The scooter performed beautifully, but that was just too fast on asphalt wearing shorts. At this moment, I have to give JGH Sport and this scooter a 5 STAR rating. They were quick to respond and were genuinely interested in resolving my concerns. I will keep updating this review as I use the new scooter, but right now, I would recommend this scooter and company to anyone interested in going way too fast on a scooter.

Beware of this Seller. Do not purchase this item is unsafe, and this 3rd party seller is most UNhelpful in providing a solution.I place many orders through Amazon for my personal use, for business use, and for other households. I seldom rate and review products. However, in this case, I believe it is necessary to share this experience.This item was not inexpensive. At the time of the purchase, the Asurion Insurance was purchased making the entire purchase just under 2K. This information will be useful further in this review.This scooter was purchased as a way for an individual to go back and forth to/from work. It is riden in the bike lane adjacent to traffic. The problem expereinced with this sccoter is with the accelerator mechanism. When the scooter brakes for a stop, it will not accelarate without being turned off and restarted. Clearly a safety issue! And the manufacturer warranty should cover this issue.The Seller is slow to respond respond when asked. So we reached out to the Insurance Company Asurion. They couldn't help because it was still within the 30 day return window through Amazon. So Asurion is a waste of money, as they just pass you back to Amazon. Amazon cannot help because it is a third party seller. When the seller finally responds their answer is 'we will give you $150.00.' And this is a most unacceptable response.So the lesson here, after wasting 2K, is DO NOT Purchase this scooter or anything from this seller.Had to rate with 1 star to leave this review - but its not worth the 1 star.

I was also provided with instructions and pictures on how to charge it properly and when I had questions about ports I was given more pdf instructions to ensure I would do things properly. It does comes with detailed instructions book as well to help the buyer.I love my purchase and who I chose to purchase it from; I made the best decision and I am thrilled beyond belief and appreciate the support of JGH sport and its team!Thank you so much!
