Fits large mattresses, soft!
It is very difficult to find sheets that fit my thick mattress and memory foam topper. I haven't washed it yet, but so far it fits excellent and is quite stretchy. Nice soft material, although could be softer I'm sure. Overall excellent purchase. A little on the pricier end without a flat sheet.
