Do not use more than recommended! *by P***. on November 12, 2022* The taste is tough to manage; however, I add 1/5 to my morning brew of coffee with creamer and agave syrup. It blends in favorably. The kick I hit is great as I am alert and energetic after about 20 minutes which is great for my morning exercise routines. On my first use, I actually misread several things in my overall research of this product. I overdosed thinking I was getting 150 g of caffeine and it was more likely well over 500g of caffeine with the dose I added to my smoothie. Later that night, I had serious vomiting and difficulty sleeping. Using more than 1/4 should be taken with extreme caution. Start with low doses and increase as needed. All in all I am happy with the strength of this product and it gives me the boost I need for my workouts. I also love the alertness it provides throughout the day.
