Seller is selling manufacture recalled items !!! Be aware !!!
Item was received defective. Item was previously recalled by Kohler and all parts of this item are no longer being produced. This seller knew this and still was selling this item. When i recieved this item defective i tried to return it and the seller took the item back and won’t refund me. Be AWARE!!!

Good faucet but did not have available space for full movement of handle
Purchased faucet. It is good quality. The faucet handle needs to move 180 degrees from front to back to use. There was not enough space between the wall and the standalone tub to support that movement. Returned because could not use in the space available.

Leaky wand.
Love Kohler but the wand leaks when running water. I’ve already replaced the wand gasket once and it’s leaking again. The water flow to fill the tub is excellent. Kohler is good about sending replacement parts but it’s a hassle to replace.

Flow Home is terrible!!! Stay away from Flow Home.
I purchased this item in Feb 2019 for more than $1000 and received it late July when I was traveling. I came back late September to find the item defective. I contact them and they refuse to replace/refund and refer me to Kohler website to file a claim with Kohler and use the warranty.
