Great product, good for low vitamin D levels

I have been using Carlson's Solor D Gems for more than a few years. I believe this is one of a few supplements that have helped me maintain a certain level of health

I work in an environment which doesn't provide many opportunities to go outside, so I decided it would be a good idea to take a vitamin D supplement. (Especially in the winter when its dark at 4:45pm). With the good reviews and cheap price, I bought this item without hesitation. Even with a small improvement to energy, I know that it is good for me to take daily and would recommend this product.

It’s not synthetic so my body absorbed it way quicker .. I had a major deficiency after having a blood test of taking a different bland my markers barely changed I took it to my Doctor and he saw that it was synthetic told me to try the Carlson brand and it did the trick in less than 2 months my D3 was above average 🙌

I have been using this vitamin D3 for almost a year at the recommendation of my doctor. I like it because it combines the D3, the cod liver oil and omegas into one decent sized, easy to swallow, gel cap. No need for me to take 3 separate supplements, and no need to deal with the unpleasant aftertaste of a fish oil capsule. I'm comfortable that I'm getting exactly what my body needs. I have also have both recommended, and purchased the same for family members.

Good supplement. Not too much omega which is good, seems to help w my vision
