No, it is a continuous light with a cold shoe mount. Will attached to any camera with a shoe mount but has no electrical connections.

Does this come with the stand?

I has female hole that will fit standard tripod screw-in, but no stand or tripod included with this device....pretty amazing amount of light that comes out of this, and lots of options for brightness, warmth/cool, and color combos...I use it a lot for accent
