Right out of the package each band was banded with a small rubber band, and packaged individually in plastic.. and all these where package in a carrying bag. I studied sports science and worked in the health field for numerous years which has allowed me to experience a wide variety of exercise bands. That being said, these so far are of higher quality than some competitors I have tried. The variety of band tensions is great for numerous exercises (it included a booklet of some entry level exercises - go on youtube for more advanced exercises) The real test will be the test of time. Make sure when you're using them, be smart about not using them where a lot of friction can occur - for example, doing banded curls, with the band under your shoes on asphalt or concrete. Try to step on the bands on carpet, or a fitness mat etc. Good luck!

These pull-up bands did the job of helping me get up there! As you get stronger you can use the bands that have less resistance and eventually not need these. They can also be used for lots of other exercises. I like to throw the bag in the bottom of the stroller and take them to the playground so I can workout while my kids play. They are made of latex so please be aware of that if you have a latex allergy, the smell is strong.

Was a bit worried when first purchasing the product because I wasn’t sure if it would be able to support the resistance from all of the workouts that I wanted to do. After using the product I can say that it’s more than enough resistance for me to achieve the types of exercises that I perform, and I tend to do a bit of lifting. Good for the money.

During these Covid times where gyms are closed, you have to get creative. I’ve always used bands during my workouts but never actually owned any. I ordered two sets of the champion brand and honestly did not know what to get. But the quality and durability of these are very good, you would be surprised how much you can get done with just a single set. The price was good so I ordered 2 to do more with. I strongly recommend.

I bought these set of bands on 24 January 2020 and the last one, the green band burst this morning. I am so disappointed with this purchase.

The bands were delivered quickly and in good order. I have been using the green one to help my pull ups and it's very sturdy. Good quality. I have not used the others yet. I can't rate their durability having only had them for a week but they certainly look and feel like they will stand the test of time. I am very happy with this purchase. Thank you!

So far so good, needed it for pull ups and works well...After receiving this product, I couldn't wait to start the experiment. I originally got these to help me with my pull ups. I have found that doubling the band increases resistance, so you could use them for increased assist. I have also used them in resistance exercises, seem great so far! It was very powerful, very strong, and it took a lot of effort to pull it up. It was really good. After that, there was another good thing in fitness.

These bands are great and I can see them lasting a long time. They came in a carry bag in case you’d like to travel with them. As a personal trainer these are essential for workouts

Cuando hice una comparación entre estas y unas de otra marca, noté que estas son más elásticas, lo cual significa que sacrifican un poco de resistencia por mayor durabilidad (no se van a cuartear tan fácil) y por mi está perfecto así. Llevo 2 meses usándolas y yo creo que van para largo.

Estas bandas de resistencia son excelentes, buena calidad y duración, las uso muy seguido y ofrecen la resistencia necesaria para complementar los entrenamientos.

Lo he usado poco, pero al momento estoy satisfecho con la compra, funciona bien para ayudar a poner más resistencia en mis ejercicios.
