Hario Cold Brew Coffee Wine Bottle, 700ml, Pale Grey

This cold brew maker by Hario is better than the Mizudashi, which has a spout. I like how the contents doesn’t get exposed to anything because you can deal the container properly. I replaced the Mizudashi with this one.

This bottle is sleek and convenient, and it works great! However, it’s about a third too small to keep up with my daily coffee needs.

Simple and easy to use to make some cold brew coffee. Great way to use up excess leftover beans. Easy to clean up after each use.

自宅で水出しコーヒーを作りたくて購入しました。 最初はデザイン重視で選びましたが、実際かなり使いやすいです。ワインボトルのような見た目なので、冷蔵庫に入っていても生活感が出にくく、そのまま食卓に出しやすいのが気に入っています。 使い方もシンプルで、ストレーナーにコーヒー粉を入れて水を注ぐだけ。夜に仕込んでおけば、朝にはまろやかなアイスコーヒーが完成しています。 特に良かったのは、雑味が少なくスッキリした味になることです。水出し特有の柔らかい口当たりで、暑い時期はかなり飲みやすいと感じました。 細かいメッシュフィルターなので粉漏れも少なく、後片付けも比較的ラクです。ガラス製ですが、思ったより扱いづらさはありませんでした。 650mlなので、一人〜二人暮らしにはちょうど良いサイズ感だと思います。冷蔵庫のドアポケットにも収まりやすく、省スペースなのも便利でした。 気になった点としては、抽出に時間がかかるので「すぐ飲みたい人」には向かないかもしれません。また、細挽き粉だとフィルター掃除が少し手間に感じました。 とはいえ、「カフェっぽい雰囲気を楽しみたい」「自宅で手軽に水出しコーヒーを作りたい」という人にはかなり満足度が高い商品だと思います。

This cold brew bottle makes making cold brew a breeze! The mesh is really fine such that even very fine grinds don’t seep through. One prep overnight gives me 3 servings of coffee. Very convenient!

Product feels great. Soft silicone lid and a quality feeling glass bottle. Strainer has been working well ona fine grind coffee. Eady to clean as well which is very important. Overall very happy with the product

フィルターがステンレスでは無いので色移りします。でも、目が非常に細かいので、コーヒー豆はホットコーヒーと同じ粗さで引いたもので大丈夫でした。豆２５グラムぐらいで５００ccぐらい水をいれて夜冷蔵庫に入れておくと、朝にいい感じのアイスコーヒーが飲めます。簡単だし、お値打ちに買えたし、日本製で安心だし、とても良かったです。
