Came with a hole template that installation much easier.

Vent for metal shed
This vent is too long to install between the 9", horizontal ribs. Had to install vent at an angle and use caulk around the perimeter to seal. Better to use this vent with vertical ribbed panels... and maybe with 12" ribbed panels.

Easy to install vent system
This is exactly what is used on the professionally vented simple box containers. We didn’t use the prepackaged template based on others reviews but made our own and worked slick

Ignore the drill template, it does not match the vent
Vent is as advertised and was easy to install. However, ignore the template for the attachment holes... the are misaligned by 3/16 an 1/2 inch.
